Technical specification for flue gas desulfurization baffle door
1. Overall system requirements
1.1 This flue gas desulfurization system requires 4 sets of flue gas baffle doors and 4 sets of baffle sealing air systems (with 2 in operation and 2 as backup).
1.2 Two sealed fan steam heaters are required (note: the heater body is not within the scope of this supply, but the supplier needs to provide its necessary interface parameters). The scope of this supply includes all relevant instruments and valves.
1.3 The smoke baffle door adopts a double hundred leaf window structure and comes with a sealing system. The driving method is electric. The overall design service life of the equipment should not be less than 30 years.
2. Technical requirements for supporting equipment
2.1 Sealed fan system
2.1.1 Quantity and configuration: A total of 4 sealed fans are installed, with a redundant configuration of 2 in operation and 2 as backup.
2.1.2 Performance requirements:
*Airflow and pressure head: The fan must have sufficient capacity and pressure head design. In addition to providing sealing air for the baffle door of this desulfurization system, it is also necessary to supply air to the outlet baffle door of the induced draft fan (size: 3500mm x 4400mm). The design air volume of a single sealed fan must meet the following conditions: the total air volume required for one 4700mm x 4700mm baffle door and one 3500mm x 4400mm baffle door to be closed simultaneously.
*Pressure margin: The static pressure at the outlet of the fan should be maintained at least 500Pa higher than the maximum design pressure of the system flue gas (calculated at 3000Pa).
*System resistance: When designing the fan pressure, it is necessary to fully consider the pipeline system resistance loss from the fan outlet to the farthest user point (pipeline distance of about 90m), as well as the steam heater resistance of about 350Pa.
2.1.3 Air leakage rate guarantee: The design and selection of the sealed fan system must ensure that the air leakage rate of each baffle door is zero. If the actual operation cannot meet this requirement, the supplier shall bear the responsibility of free processing or replacement.
2.1.4 Exit direction: The outlet of the sealed fan is arranged horizontally.
2.1.5 Supply scope: including the sealed fan body and supporting motor, installation base, anchor bolts, and outlet air door (including outlet expansion joint, square joint, check valve).
2.1.6 Design Responsibility: The supplier is responsible for providing complete parameters and design requirements related to the sealed air system, and accurately filling out the data sheet. A sealing fan selection calculation sheet based on provisional parameters (air volume: 6240m ³/h, pressure head: 5152Pa) is required to ensure that the final selected fan air volume and pressure head meet the actual needs of the project. The determination of fan prices should be based on the final accounting confirmation data.
2.2 Equipment nameplate
Each device must be equipped with a permanent stainless steel nameplate.
The nameplate content should include: equipment name, model specifications, main technical parameters, manufacturer name, factory number, date of manufacture, etc.
Material of nameplate and fixed rivet: 2mm thick 316 stainless steel.
The specific content of the nameplate needs to be confirmed by the purchaser before it can be produced.
3. Electrical and Control Technology Requirements
3.1 Electric motor
Brand requirements: Select products from Nanyang Explosion proof Motor Factory, Shanxi Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shandong Huali Motor Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shangdian Motor Co., Ltd., Anhui Wannan Motor Co., Ltd., and Hengshui Motor Co., Ltd. (special motor brands can be negotiated separately, and the final brand will be confirmed by the demander).
Energy efficiency level: The efficiency level of the electric motor shall not be lower than YE4.
Bearing brand: SKF, TIMKEN, and FAG brands are selected for motor bearings (to be confirmed by the purchaser).
3.2 Executing Agency
The actuator is supplied as a complete set with the baffle door and requires an intelligent integrated product with anti intrusion function.
Specific technical requirements:
Signal and Control: The regulating actuator should be able to receive 4-20mA DC control signals and provide feedback on 4-20mA DC valve position signals. The on/off limit switch of the switch type actuator shall provide at least two pairs of independent normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) contacts; The on/off torque switch shall provide at least one pair of independent NO/NC contacts. All contact capacities shall not be less than 220VAC/5A or 220VDC/1A.
Torque selection: The rated output torque of the actuator should be configured one level higher than the rated torque required by the matching valve or baffle door.
