The boiler air powder online monitoring and control system is developed by the Boiler Combustion Monitoring Technology Research Institute of Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute. The boiler air powder online monitoring and control system consists of three parts: online monitoring of primary wind speed, online monitoring of coal powder concentration in the primary air duct, and online monitoring of secondary and tertiary wind speeds. Its main function is to guide the boiler to reasonably distribute air and coal, prevent the occurrence of air and powder cuts or pipe blockages, optimize combustion of the boiler, and operate under optimal conditions.

Measurement device for air volume and smoke volume
The straight sections of the main air and flue gas pipelines in most power plant boilers are relatively short, and the flue gas pipelines are severely worn, corroded, and clogged.
