1、 Working principle of high vacuum plug valve
High vacuum plug valves are divided into single sealed vacuum valves and double sealed vacuum valves, suitable for cutting off or connecting airflow in ultra-high vacuum systems. The applicable working medium is clean air and corrosive gases. By using touch screen and physical buttons, control functions such as opening, closing, stopping, and emergency stopping of valves can be achieved. At the same time, in order to facilitate on-site personnel to discover and troubleshoot faults, each set of valve control systems has prominent operation and fault alarm indicators on site. It can achieve remote/local control switching and interlocking functions.
Single sealed vacuum valve: After the motor is powered on, it drives the ball screw to rotate through the over twist protection coupling. The nut is connected and fixed to the frame component, and the ball screw drives the nut and frame component to move in a straight line. Press the sealing component installed on the valve plate onto the sealing surface of the lower plate of the valve body to achieve vacuum sealing;
Double sealed vacuum valve: After the motor is powered on, it drives the ball screw to rotate through the over twist protection coupling. The nut is fixed on the frame component, and the ball screw drives the nut and frame component to move in a straight line. The frame component is connected to two valve plates through eight sets of four-bar linkage mechanisms at the top and bottom. When the valve plate reaches the sealing position through the movement of the frame component, the sealing components on both valve plates are simultaneously pressed onto the sealing surfaces of the valve body and the lower plate to achieve vacuum double sealing;
