Product Overview

High temperature air damper (also known as high-temperature pneumatic damper door, desulfurization flue gas damper door) is the core cutting equipment of the flue gas duct system, designed specifically for high temperature, high dust and corrosive medium working conditions. Through dual dynamic sealing technology and intelligent interlocking control, precise opening and closing of the medium flow channel and zero leakage sealing are achieved, completely solving the energy loss problem caused by high air leakage rate of traditional air doors.

1. Shutter type linkage structure

  • Using a 90 ° stroke switch type electric actuator to drive the spindle, and synchronously controlling the rotation of multiple blades through a crank connecting rod mechanism
  • Parallel flow direction of blade medium: fully open state (flow resistance ≤ 1%)
  • Vertical medium flow direction of blades: fully closed state (industry-leading sealing level)

  • Bearing system: UCF self-aligning bearing support, capable of withstanding axial/radial composite loads
  • Material Matrix:
    • Carbon steel: Conventional high-temperature medium (≤ 550 ℃)
    • Nickel based alloy: Corrosion environment such as desulfurization flue gas (life increased by 3 times)
    • Compared to ordinary power plant air valves (6mm thin steel plate): creep resistance increased by 400%
