The rubber ball cleaning device is the best equipment for effectively cleaning the condenser heat exchange tubes during the operation of a steam turbine generator set. The performance of the device directly affects the cleanliness and heat transfer efficiency of the condenser. It is an essential equipment for improving the economy of power plants and ensuring the safe operation of condensers.

3、 The working principle of the rubber ball cleaning device manufactured by Huaneng:
Choose a suitable sponge rubber ball, with a wet diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the condenser heat exchange tube (about 1-2mm), and a wet specific gravity similar to that of water. Put the rubber balls into the ball loading chamber, with a quantity of about 10% of the copper pipes in the condenser inlet chamber. Then start the rubber ball pump, open the ball valves at both ends of the system, and the rubber ball will enter the condenser water chamber under the water flow slightly higher than the inlet pressure of the circulating water As the rubber ball is a soft elastic material with multiple micropores, it is squeezed through the heat exchange tube under the pressure difference of the circulating water inlet. The inner diameter of the heat exchange tube is wiped once, causing the dirt on the inner wall of the tube to be carried out with the water flow. The rubber ball enters the ball collection net through the outlet pipe with the circulating water. Under the obstruction of the ball collection net plate, the rubber ball is separated and pumped out by the rubber ball pump to return to the ball loading chamber. This cycle is repeated to achieve continuous automatic cleaning of the condenser heat exchange tube.

1. Collecting net
The ball collecting net is a key equipment of the rubber ball cleaning system, which functions to separate the rubber balls from the cooling water and ensure that they do not leak or get stuck. The ball collection net is installed on the outlet pipe section of the cooling water. When the water carrying rubber balls flows out of the condenser and passes through the ball collection net, the balls are recovered and led out from the ball collection net through the outlet pipe. The grid plate of the ball collecting net can rotate. When the rubber ball circulates, the net plate is placed in the "ball collecting" position. When the rubber ball is not in use for cleaning, the net plate is placed in the "backwashing" position. At this time, the debris on the net plate is washed away by the water, while reducing the water resistance of the net plate. The operation positioning of the net board is ensured by an electric actuator (small ball collecting nets are manually operated).

2. Secondary filter:
When the cooling water is mixed with debris and passes through the system, the debris is blocked by the small hole filter on the upstream surface of the filter. After being purified through the small hole, the cooling water enters the condenser and is backwashed by the backwashing device and the drain valve in the filter. The water flow flows in the opposite direction, and the debris stuck on the inlet surface is backwashed out of the mesh by the water flow and led out by the drain valve. As long as the purification filter keeps working, the cooling water entering the condenser will always be clean, and the resistance of the filter will not increase.

3. Ball loading room
The ball loading room is a device used in the rubber ball cleaning system for adding, retrieving, storing, and observing the circulation of balls. According to the size of the storage ball capacity, it is divided into Type I and Type II, and there are two types according to user requirements: electric and manual. When the switching valve that controls the operation status of the ball loading chamber is placed in the "collecting ball" position, the ball is blocked in the ball loading chamber, and the cooling water can still pass through. All the rubber balls that are put into circulation are recovered into the ball loading chamber.

4. Rubber ball pump
The HNSS rubber ball cleaning pump is a series of products developed by our company, which is a single-stage, single suction cantilever non clogging centrifugal pump. Mainly used for conveying rubber balls in rubber ball cleaning devices. 5. Rubber ball cleaning device control cabinet (HNQX-2)

6. Splitter
The splitter is a three-way structure valve. By switching the guide plate, the rubber ball can enter the condenser on the side that needs to be cleaned. It can also be used as a junction pipe for the rubber ball outlet of the collection net and a diversion tee pipe for the receiving pipe.
