1、 Overview:

The bag filter has a filtration accuracy of 1-200 microns, which can be chosen by customers. The bag filter has a compact structure, reasonable size, simple and convenient installation and operation, and occupies a small area. Widely used in industries such as paint, beer, vegetable oil, medicine, cosmetics, chemical drugs, petroleum products, chemicals, electroplating solutions, milk, mineral water, hot solvents, latex, industrial water, coatings and paints, sugar water, syrup, resin, ink, industrial wastewater, fruit juice, edible oil, wax, etc.

Bag filter is a new type of filter that works by using filter bags to intercept suspended solids, colloids, and particulate mechanical impurities in liquids under a certain pressure. The interception rate of the filter bag is high and the filtering effect is good,

Replacing the filter bag is simple and fast, and the entire process is usually completed in about 10-15 minutes. The service life of a filter bag is determined by the turbidity of the raw water, the filtration time, the filtration flow rate, and the filtration area of the filter bag.

3、 Equipment composition:

The structural design of a bag filter consists of three parts: filter cartridge, filter basket, and filter bag, with a compact and simple structure; The liquid to be filtered enters through the inlet of the filter and flows into the filter bag. After being intercepted by the filter bag, it flows out through the outlet of the filter. The inlet and outlet design of bag filters generally adopts a side in and bottom out method, which is convenient for cleaning.
