Vacuum oil filter

1、 Overview
Turbine oil vacuum oil filter is mainly used for oil filtration in power plants, power stations, substations, electrical manufacturing plants, paper mills, electrochemical plants, and industrial and mining enterprises. Suitable for filtering water, gas, and impurities in turbine oil, insulation oil, refrigeration oil, and mechanical oil below grade 30.

The turbine oil series vacuum oil filter is an advanced integrated oil treatment equipment composed of advanced degassing and dehydration devices, high-efficiency acid removal regeneration devices, and precision impurity removal filters, which we have developed independently using oil-water atomizers and air cooling technology, and integrating advanced domestic and foreign advanced experience. It has functions such as degassing, dehydration, and removal of mechanical impurities. Mainly suitable for purifying turbine oil, transformer oil, and mechanical oil below grade 30. In order to meet the convenience of users, this device normally uses a vacuum degassing and dehydration device and coarse and fine filters separately for oil treatment and purification.

2、 Structure and working principle
The turbine oil series vacuum oil filter is mainly composed of a coarse filter, heater, vacuum cylinder, atomizer, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, flash tank, cooler, temperature controller, precision filter, and electrical control components. Start the vacuum pump system, and when the negative pressure on the vacuum gauge reaches 0.06, the oil inlet valve (1) can be opened. The purified oil enters the first stage filter (2) from the main oil tank and passes through the first stage filter to remove larger water particles and impurities from the oil. The crude purified oil enters the heater (4), and the heated oil enters the vacuum cylinder (5), and then passes through the atomizer (14). Under certain temperature and vacuum conditions, the oil and water are fully atomized, the water evaporates upward, and the oil drops. The water and gas contained in the oil are atomized and extracted by the vacuum pump into the cooler (12). The hot steam is cooled into water through cooling, and some of the uncondensed steam is discharged through the vacuum pump (13). When the oil level in the vacuum cylinder reaches the center of the lower observation hole, the oil discharge pump can be started.
