Rotating the filter screen once is an important filtering and cleaning equipment in the primary circulating water system of thermal power plants. Due to the increase of pollutants in rivers, lakes, and seas in recent years, the safety of water intake is seriously threatened. The rotating primary filter produced by Lianyungang Huaneng Power can effectively intercept and remove suspended and floating particles in the water flow, such as aquatic plants, leaves, branches, fish and shrimp, white plastic pollutants, industrial, agricultural and household waste, etc., ensuring the safety and economic operation of the power plant. This product is also used in urban water supply, chemical, metallurgical, and urban sewage treatment projects.

The working principle of rotating the filter screen once is to drive the transmission device through the reducer to drive the trash net plate to move along the guide rail, so as to lift the dirt larger than the mesh in the water out of the water surface, and use pressure water to flush the dirt into the slag discharge groove to remove it.

2、 Product Structure Features:

The filter screen can be rotated once and divided into two types based on the outlet position: front inlet and side inlet. There are manual and automatic control modes for operation, and the depth of use can reach up to 30m.

This series of products is a frame type rotating filter screen, which has the following main features:

1. The width is generally 1-4 meters, and the depth is mostly around 10 meters, with the deepest reaching up to 30 meters.

2. Use high-pressure water flow to flush and remove dirt from the filter screen.

3. No transmission components are installed underwater for easy maintenance and upkeep.

4. There are several methods for operation control, including automatic control of water level difference, automatic control at time intervals, and manual control, which can be flexibly selected.

In actual operation, the water level difference between the front and back of the filter screen is controlled below 30cm, and the alarm water level difference is generally 100cm.

6. Rotating the filter screen once can adapt to the cleaning treatment of large water flow rates, and has the advantages of reliable operation and durability. It is currently the most widely used filter screen.
