Filter screen of desulfurization slurry circulation pump

  1、 Equipment usage:
With the increasingly strict requirements for environmental protection, desulfurization equipment needs to operate continuously and synchronously with the host for a long time. Due to the poor operating environment of the slurry circulation pump filter screen, it is prone to blockage and cannot be cleaned in a timely manner during operation, resulting in negative pressure at the inlet of the slurry circulation pump, reduced efficiency, and increased suction force on the filter screen, which increases the probability of damage,

The formation of scale is mainly due to the supersaturation of CaSO4 in the slurry being ≥ 1.4. The higher the supersaturation, the faster the scale formation rate. When the concentration of calcium sulfite in the slurry is high, it will crystallize and precipitate simultaneously with calcium sulfate, forming a mixed crystal of these two substances (Ca (SO3) x. (SO4) x.1/2H2O). This mixed crystal gradually grows on the surface of the filter, forming a sheet-like scale layer. When the area of the scale layer increases, the flow area of the slurry circulation pump decreases, causing an increase in negative pressure at the inlet of the slurry circulation pump and a decrease in inlet flow rate, which will cause vibration in the pipeline of the slurry circulation pump and cannot guarantee its safe and stable operation. Many power plants have experienced blockage, scaling, and damage to the inlet filter screen, causing the slurry circulation pipeline system to float and seriously affecting the service life of the slurry circulation pump. The desulfurization slurry circulation pump is forced to shut down. Due to the blockage and damage of the filter screen, the spray layer and fuel nozzle are blocked, affecting the desulfurization efficiency. When cleaning the spray layer and nozzle, a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed, and the machine is shut down for a long time. According to the current situation, it will seriously affect the operation of the generator unit.

Setting a filter screen at the inlet of the desulfurization unit slurry circulation pump is to prevent impurities in the slurry from entering the slurry circulation pump, which may cause damage to the slurry circulation pump and block the spray nozzle. Generally, impurities will not damage the circulation pump, but may cause blockage of the spray layer nozzle. Adding a filter can effectively prevent small debris and nozzle blockage caused by adhesive detachment.

2、 Equipment features:
1. The filter screen and its related accessories are made of 316L or FRP or higher standard materials that can resist 40000 ppm chloride ion corrosion.
2. The effective flow area of the filter is greater than three times the inlet flow area of the circulation pipe.
3. The resistance of the filter screen is less than 500Pa.
4. It can be made according to the size and material requirements of the user.
