1、 The purpose of continuous arrangement:
Continuous sewage expansion tank is used to expand and depressurize continuous sewage, separate it into steam, and utilize it to improve the thermal economy of power plants. It is connected to the continuous sewage outlet of the boiler and is used to expand and depressurize the continuous sewage of the boiler. The sewage is adiabatically expanded and separated into secondary steam and waste hot water in the continuous sewage expansion tank, and then discharged after expansion, depressurization, and heat exchange in the expander. The secondary steam is led out by a special pipeline, and the waste hot water is automatically discharged through a float level valve or overflow regulating valve. The thermal energy can be recovered and reused. The continuous discharge rate is automatically adjusted with the change of boiler feedwater load to maintain a relatively stable discharge rate. So utilizing secondary steam and waste hot water as heat sources can recover some of the heat lost during continuous boiler discharge and improve boiler efficiency.

4. It consists of a safety release device 5, a liquid level display 6, and a liquid level adjustment device.

Intermittent blowdown flash tank
1、 The purpose of the regular discharge expansion tank is:
The periodic blowdown expansion vessel is a process of separating secondary steam and waste hot water from boiler wastewater or waste hot water discharged at a higher pressure and temperature than the periodic blowdown expansion vessel through pressure reduction and expansion. Secondary steam is discharged into the atmosphere or used as other heat sources, while waste hot water is generally discharged into the sewage system through a sewage cooling pool.
Boiler wastewater has the same working pressure and saturated water temperature as the boiler. A throttle valve is installed before the periodic discharge expander to reduce pressure, so as to expand and cool the wastewater in the periodic discharge expander, and separate the secondary steam.
