1、 Product Overview
The MZB type coal bunker gate is designed and manufactured by Lianyungang Huaneng Power based on advanced technology and the actual operation of the coal bunker. It is suitable for installation in the lower part of the coal bunker and raw coal bunker of power plant boilers. According to the working condition of the coal mill, turn on and off the raw coal to improve the previously heavy work of turning off and starting the raw coal. The equipment is divided into single gate coal bunker doors and double gate coal bunker doors, which can be manually controlled on site or remotely controlled by DCS system. The operation is safe, flexible, and reliable, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the staff and minimizing the preparation time before shutdown. It is the preferred product for boiler technology renovation and equipment upgrading in thermal power plants.
2、 Structure Introduction
The MZB coal bunker gate is mainly composed of a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, a body bracket, a transmission mechanism, a door panel, an actuator, and a control box. There are two forms of gates: single gate and double gate. The double gate consists of two gate blocks, which are driven by a transmission mechanism during operation. The two gate blocks move horizontally relative to each other to complete the opening and closing actions. It can also be used on the powder feeding pipeline from the outlet of the coal mill to the inlet of the burner, and on the ash dropping pipeline and lower part of the chimney ash hopper in the dust collector pneumatic ash removal system to cut off the flow of gas powder mixture.
The body bracket is the basic structure for installing all components and also serves as a passage for raw coal. The feeding port is connected to the coal hopper by a flange, and raw coal enters vertically from the upper part of the feeding port. Through the opening of the gate, it falls out from the lower part of the discharging port and enters the next equipment. The electric actuator and transmission mechanism are key components of the entire equipment.

Before placing an order, the supplier will provide the outline drawing of the coal gate to the purchaser for confirmation as needed.
