Hastelloy C-276 alloy belongs to the nickel molybdenum chromium iron tungsten series nickel based alloy. It is the most corrosion-resistant type of modern metal material. It is mainly resistant to wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride salt solutions, sulfuric acid and oxidizing salts, and has good corrosion resistance in low and medium temperature hydrochloric acid. Therefore, in the past thirty years, it has been widely used in harsh corrosive environments such as chemical, petrochemical, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and paper, environmental protection and other industrial fields

1.4529 (UNS N08926) has very high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in halide media and sulfur-containing acidic environments, effectively resisting chloride ion stress corrosion. It also has good corrosion resistance, good stability, and excellent mechanical properties in oxidizing and reducing media. It is commonly used in flue gas desulfurization devices, evaporators, heat exchangers, filters, and mixers for phosphoric acid production, sulfuric acid conveying devices, and condensers.

AISI 316L is the corresponding American label, while sus 316L is the corresponding Japanese label. The standard grade in our country is 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 (new standard), and the old grade is 00Cr17Ni14Mo2316L. The Mo content of this steel grade gives it excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and can be safely applied in environments containing halogen ions such as Cl -. Because 316L is mainly used for its chemical properties.

304 stainless steel is the most widely used chromium nickel stainless steel. As a versatile steel, it has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature strength, and mechanical properties; Good hot workability such as stamping and bending, without heat treatment hardening phenomenon (operating temperature -196 ℃~800 ℃). Corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, if it is an industrial atmosphere or heavily polluted area, it needs to be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid corrosion.
