1、 Working principle
Commonly known as palatal gate, palatal valve, jaw valve, palatal discharge valve, electric palatal gate, arc valve, palatal ash discharge valve, etc., it has a wide range of applications in multiple industries
The palatal gate adopts an electro-hydraulic push rod or an electric push rod as the driving device, and the rocker is manually or through an actuator to drive the gear to rotate the fan-shaped gate along the axis. When the two fan-shaped gate plates open to both sides, the material immediately falls down; After the material receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the rocker to reset the fan-shaped gate, thereby closing and cutting off the falling material.

The palatal gate is welded with high-quality carbon steel and consists of components such as the body, fan-shaped gate, shaft, gear, seal, and actuator. The structural design is unique and reliable for long-term operation, without jamming. According to the requirements of on-site use, various switch modes can be selected. The palatal gate can be selected from electric, electro-hydraulic, pneumatic, manual, etc. according to different working conditions

1. Electric gate: It adopts an electric push rod with overload protection device, which can be remotely operated or program-controlled. The reciprocating stroke position can be accurately adjusted and self-locking.
2. Electro hydraulic gate: It adopts an electro-hydraulic push rod, fully hydraulic transmission, and can achieve stepless speed regulation for both pushing and pulling forces.
3. Pneumatic gate: It adopts a pneumatic push rod and can be remotely operated or on-site controlled through a combination of accessories.

Jaw type gates are widely used for bottom unloading in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and glass. They are suitable for controlling various bulk materials such as ores, coal, coke, ash, and chemical products with a dry pile density of ≤ 2.5t/m ³ (or 5t/m ³, depending on different products and working conditions). Meanwhile, in water conservancy projects such as irrigation, hydropower stations, ship locks, etc., electro-hydraulic palatal gates are also commonly used as equipment to control water flow.
5、 Installation and usage precautions
1. During installation, please pay attention to the flow direction of the medium indicated on the gate body. When connecting the two flanges, it is necessary to add sealing gaskets and evenly tighten the bolts.
2. Please identify the direction of the fan-shaped gate switch during operation and ensure that the actuator is wired correctly.
