1、 Introduction to Boiler Air Powder Online Monitoring and Control System:
The boiler air powder online monitoring and control system is developed by the Boiler Combustion Monitoring Technology Research Institute of Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute. At present, the system has been widely used in more than 300 medium storage hot air powder feeding, exhaust gas powder feeding boilers, and direct blowing boilers in multiple power plants across the country. The system is designed to operate stably, with reliable measuring components, accurate signal processing, intuitive and practical graphics, and can guide combustion, adjust air and powder evenly and reasonably, with significant energy-saving effects. The technology has reached the international advanced level.
It has high practical value and can be promoted and applied in intermediate storage type hot air powder feeding boilers, exhaust gas powder feeding boilers, and direct blowing boilers. The installation and operation of the boiler air powder online monitoring system in the power plant has completely changed the habitual operation mode of the boiler operator, providing conditions and basis for operators to monitor the air powder situation of each burner and make timely and effective combustion optimization adjustments. Its energy-saving effect is significant and it is very popular among operators. Awarded the National New Product Certificate by the National Science and Technology Commission, and the technical support unit for this product by five ministries including the National Science and Technology Commission.
We have collaborated with companies such as MAX, FOXBORO, SIEMENS, Xinhua, and Hollysys to successfully develop a boiler combustion monitoring and control system on DCS, which can achieve closed-loop control of boiler burner balanced output and optimized combustion.

1. Improve the safety of boiler operation:
The online monitoring system for wind and powder provides a reliable means for boiler operators to monitor the wind and powder situation of each burner and adjust combustion in a timely manner through real-time online monitoring, intuitively displaying important parameters such as primary wind speed and coal powder concentration. This enables some previously difficult to detect problems to be discovered and provides the possibility for organizing combustion in the furnace reasonably. The online monitoring system for wind and powder can timely and accurately monitor the operation of the boiler, effectively preventing incidents such as air duct blockage, powder breakage, and flame center deviation, and reducing the occurrence of accidents such as fuel injection and boiler fire extinguishing.

2. The RY-5C temperature probe, which is highly wear-resistant and has good heat transfer performance, is used to ensure that the entire system responds sensitively and has a low failure rate. Its wear-resistant life can reach more than 10 years.
3. Select different measurement methods and establish different mathematical models based on different powder production systems to ensure measurement accuracy and system economy.
4、 System composition:

Its hardware (as shown in the structural diagram) mainly consists of primary measuring components, transmitters, acquisition front-end, communication network, industrial computer system, and other parts.
