1、 Overview:

The TPRT-CY series fine powder separator is an efficient fine powder separator optimized and designed based on the comparative test results of a semi industrial model (Φ 550- Φ 610mm). The unique structural form and reasonable structural parameters and selection enable it to reduce metal consumption while ensuring separation performance - with high efficiency and low resistance, and the layout is very convenient. It can be widely used in the storage type powder production system of large coal-fired boilers.

2、 Working principle and structural characteristics:

The working principle of the TPRT-CY series fine powder separator is to use gravity separation and centrifugal separation to separate different particles of coal powder. The dusty airflow is introduced into the separator from the inlet in a tangential direction for rotational motion. Solid particles are thrown outward towards the cylinder wall by centrifugal force and move downward, and are discharged from the lower dust outlet. The purified airflow is discharged from the top exhaust outlet.

Its biggest feature is that the inlet adopts a straight cut and irregular inlet structure, which reduces the mutual interference between the intake and internal swirl, effectively organizes the airflow conditions inside the separator, improves the efficiency of the separator, and is equipped with appropriate forms of guide vanes in the exhaust pipe to reduce the resistance of the separator, thus ensuring that this series of fine powder separators has good performance.

 3、 Specifications and performance:
The TPRT-CY series fine powder separator is commonly used in sizes ranging from Φ 1050 to Φ 3500mm (see attached table). The applicable air volume range is 10000-120000;  /h ， The import speed is 2.6-3.5m/S, and the resistance coefficient calculated based on the import speed is 6.2-6.5. The resistance coefficient calculated based on the rigid cylinder speed is 240-250, and the efficiency is not less than 85-90%.
