1、 Purpose:

PAM dosing device is a critical process in water treatment. Widely used in domestic water supply, industrial water supply, domestic sewage treatment, industrial sewage treatment, papermaking wastewater, printing and dyeing textile wastewater, petrochemical wastewater treatment, electronic wastewater and other fields.

2、 Working principle:

The PAM dosing device has a simple structure, occupies a small space, and has a high degree of integration. The PAM dosing device is prepared in the mixing tank according to the required concentration of the drug, and after being stirred evenly by the mixer, it is put into the solution tank and transported to the dosing point or designated system by a metering pump (dosing pump). The complete dosing device has the characteristics of compact structure, simple safety, and easy operation and use. The device can also be designed and configured with necessary components according to the requirements of different process flows of users, achieving functional suitability (such as automatic remote control) and economic practicality.

3、 Equipment structure:

The PAM dosing device mainly consists of a dry powder dosing device, a solution tank, a mixing tank (with a stirrer), a metering pump, a liquid level gauge, an electric control cabinet, pipelines, valves, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, filters, bases, escalators, etc. (can be configured according to user requirements).

5、 Precautions for selection of PAM dosing device:

1. Select the materials of each component of the PAM dosing device (stainless steel, carbon steel, non-metallic materials), the model of the metering pump (diaphragm pump, plunger pump) as needed, or provide our company with the parameters of the added chemicals. Other special requirements for the dosing device (electrical appliances, materials, operating conditions, metering pump brand, etc.). Then our company will provide you with a configuration plan;

2.
