Ammonia addition device

1、 Overview of Ammonia Addition Device:

In the process of water supply and sewage treatment, various chemical agents need to be added to achieve the treatment objectives. Therefore, advanced dosing systems and dissolution dosing equipment are important components of water treatment engineering. Water treatment projects are designed with chemical dissolution equipment, which uses mechanical stirring or compressed air stirring to quickly dissolve solid chemicals, and then add them to the water body through dosing and metering equipment. The addition of drugs usually does not have filtering equipment, and undissolved impurities are very detrimental to the dosing and metering equipment, and even cannot operate normally due to blockage.
The entire dosing system is complex, occupies a large area, and has inaccurate dosing, resulting in poor economic operation and inconvenient operation and management of the treatment system, especially in small and medium-sized water treatment projects. Our factory refers to foreign dosing equipment and combines the processes of dissolving and dosing in the same equipment. We have added a chemical filtration facility and designed it as a ZJ type automatic dosing new equipment.  

2、 Scope of application of ammonia addition device:
During the water purification process, it is used to dissolve coagulants such as aluminum sulfate, alum, basic aluminum chloride, ferrous sulfate, and ferric chloride, and to add them.
2. The ammonia addition device is used in the sodium ion exchange method for water softening to prepare salt and regeneration solutions.
3. The ammonia addition device is used in the air flotation and sedimentation processes of sewage treatment for the dissolution and addition of aluminum sulfate, basic aluminum chloride, ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride, etc.
4. In other water treatments such as neutralization, water quality stabilization, and boiler water treatment, ammonia addition devices are used to dissolve solid sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, soda ash, and salt compounds such as phosphorus and molybdenum.
5. The ammonia addition device can prepare and add bleach disinfectant solution during water disinfection. Therefore, this machine can not only be used for adding coagulation and sedimentation in water treatment, but also for adding disinfection to water.  

3、 Main features of ammonia addition device:
1. A filtering device is installed between the medicine room and the liquid medicine room, so that the liquid medicine is filtered before entering the medicine room, removing the residue left after the dissolution of the medicine, eliminating the disadvantages of general dosing equipment and blocked dosing pipelines by residue, and ensuring that the entire liquid medicine dosing system can work normally.
2. Utilize the circulating water flow of the water pump to continuously filter the medication until it is completely dissolved. The dissolved medicinal solution can be added by water pump pressure or gravity if conditions permit.
3. The machine has a low height, occupies a small area, and is easy to install and move. After being in place, it can be used as long as water and electricity are connected, and the operation and management are simple, which will greatly reduce the labor intensity of the staff.
4. The machine is also equipped with a backwash system for the filtering device, which provides a reliable guarantee for the normal operation of the filtering device.

4、 Ordering instructions for ammonia addition device:
When selecting an ammonia dosing device, the following conditions should be met:
(1) The concentration of equipment should not exceed 10%.
(2) The temperature of tap water should not exceed 3 ℃.
(3) Sodium hydroxide should be added multiple times and cannot be added at once.
(4) Before adding sodium hydroxide, the water must be filled and the pump must be started to circulate and stir.
2. The equipment model, specifications, and medication name should be indicated, such as ZJ-1000, with a capacity of 1000 liters and salt dosage.
3. Type A and Type B should be specified.
