Deaerator packing

1、 Overview:
In order to achieve better separation efficiency and mixed heating capacity, in recent years, Lianyungang Huaneng Power Auxiliary Equipment Co., Ltd. has developed various types of regular fillers composed of various materials such as metal wire mesh, plate mesh, orifice plate, and rolled piercing hole, based on the development characteristics of fillers at home and abroad, as well as various equipment usage conditions. Its basic characteristics are simple structure, pressure reduction, high flux, and high separation efficiency, which are widely used in distillation, absorption, extraction and other processes.     

2、 The dedicated integral packing for deaerator has the following characteristics:
A. The overall strength is high, and the large flow of deoxygenated water does not cause collapse.
B. The specific surface area is large, and the water vapor mixed heating effect is good. The deaerator can be modified for unqualified dissolved oxygen
C. The filling structure is stable and has the characteristics of not being flattened or falling off.
D. It can be divided into blocks (according to the size of the manhole) for easy modification of the original equipment.
