1、 Overview of Thermal Deaerator
The deaerator mainly aims at the problems of poor load adaptability, easy vibration, excessive dissolved oxygen in the deaerator, high heat consumption, poor actual deaerating effect and high maintenance cost of the water spray tray type, spray packing type and old thermal deaerator. It is proposed to apply the new thermal deaerator technology to reform the deaerator head of the original spray packing deaerator. Practice has proven that the thermal deaerator has achieved the goals of energy conservation, reduced consumption, improved deaeration efficiency, increased stability, and reduced maintenance costs, and has good value for promotion and use.
2、 Technical characteristics of thermal deaerator
The thermal deaerator produced by Huaneng has been verified by hundreds of power plants to have the following advantages:
1. High deoxygenation efficiency, with a water supply qualification rate of 100%. (High pressure 5 цɡ/L, low pressure 10 цɡ/L)
2. The surplus of deoxygenation space enables the deaerator to operate significantly at overload (usually exceeding 50% of the rated output)
3. Due to its very high heat transfer efficiency, it can operate at low temperatures with full water replenishment.
4. The heat loss is greatly reduced, and the exhaust volume is controlled below 0.3% for stable operation without vibration. When the load suddenly changes by 50% and the makeup water suddenly changes by 20%, the deaerator still does not vibrate and can operate for a long time without maintenance.
5. Strong adaptability:
Adapt to high dissolved oxygen levels at the inlet (atmospheric 10000 μ g/L, high-pressure 2000 μ g/L)
Adapt to low inlet water temperature (atmospheric type 15 ℃, high-pressure type 60 ℃)
Adapt to large pressure changes (atmospheric 0.02-0.05Mpa, high-pressure 0.002-0.85Mpa)
Adapt to high water replenishment rate (100% atmospheric type, 45% high-pressure type)
