The condensed water undergoes softening and desalination treatment, making it very pure and having a certain residual pressure. It has a large amount of heat, usually accounting for about 20-30% of the total heat of steam, and some equipment can reach up to 40%.
Therefore, if high-temperature condensed water can be recycled as boiler feed water or reused as other energy sources, it will not only save industrial water, but also save a lot of fuel. In this way, when the boiler produces the same amount of steam, it can save 30-40% of fuel, water, and water treatment chemicals. While saving fuel, it also leads to a reduction in boiler flue gas emissions, protecting the environment. If energy conservation is prioritized, the condensate water recovery device is the key to ensuring factory efficiency and product quality.
The condensate recovery device produced by Huaneng Power utilizes automatic pressurization technology with steam kinetic energy to smoothly return high-temperature condensate to the condensate recovery device under low back pressure or no back pressure conditions. Through the use of a decontamination device, steam water separation, rapid exhaust condensation, pressurized cavitation eliminator, combined with a flexible liquid level self regulating device and exhaust steam suction device, it is possible to effectively ensure the stable delivery of high-temperature condensed water to users and to ensure that the pressure inside the condensed water recovery device is lower than the external network pressure. The optimal design of cavitation eliminators and pipelines has changed the cavitation conditions of water pumps, ensuring that high-temperature water pumps will not experience cavitation in the entire closed operating system. There are two operating modes for the closed high-temperature water recovery device: intermittent and continuous. Both control modes are equipped with manual and automatic, fault alarm, dual pump switching and other unmanned functions. Type A: Return water temperature<120 ℃, return water back pressure<0.2MPa, intermittent PLC control operation mode.
Type B: Return water temperature of 120-180 ℃, return water back pressure of 0.2-0.6MPa, intermittent PLC control operation mode.
Type C: divided into CA type and CB type. Continuous DCS or VIP control operation mode.
D-type: Made of stainless steel. Divided into DA and DB types.
