1、 Overview of deaerator exhaust steam recovery device:
The main purpose of the deaerator exhaust steam recovery device is to cool and recycle the high-temperature residual gas discharged from various boiler deaerators and thermal equipment, while heating the cooling water to fully recycle and reuse the exhaust steam waste heat. This product belongs to a new type of energy-saving and consumption reducing equipment, which has significant energy-saving benefits and is beneficial for controlling exhaust noise.
2、 Working principle of deaerator exhaust steam recovery device:
Introduce the exhaust gas (steam) from the deaerator into the residual steam recovery tank through the steam inlet, and mix it with the supplementary water or condensed water introduced from the inlet for mass transfer. Under the action of the internal mass transfer medium, the water and steam come into full contact. The "inlet" absorbs the water vapor contained in the "inlet" and discharges it into the drain tank from the bottom outlet of the tank, while the non condensable gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the top vent of the tank.
3、 Installation method of deaerator exhaust steam recovery device:
1. Just fix the deaerator exhaust steam recovery device on the platform, and connect each interface with the corresponding pipeline. The construction period is about 2-3 days (we will guide the installation). First, the boiler residual gas will be introduced into the deaerator exhaust steam recovery device, and then the flow rate of the supply water will be slowly adjusted. When adjusting, pay attention to the upper exhaust condition and the water temperature of the drain tank. The cooling water enters the tower through the inlet and reaches the upper cooling plate. When the water level exceeds the buffer plate, it flows through the cooling holes to the middle cooling plate, and then flows from the middle cooling plate to the lower cooling plate.
3. The exhaust valve is installed on the exhaust pipe of the deaerator exhaust recovery device to adjust the amount of exhaust steam. When its opening is small, the exhaust steam volume decreases and the exhaust steam is not smooth. The gas partial pressure inside the deaerator increases, and the oxygen content in the feedwater does not meet the required standard. As the valve opening increases, the exhaust increases, the amount of gas carried increases, and the oxygen content in the feedwater rapidly decreases, but the loss of working fluid and heat increases.
4. Due to the high oxygen content in the exhaust steam of the deaerator, in order to prevent it from being excessively dissolved into the make-up water again, it is necessary to reasonably control the ratio of steam and water entering the residual steam recovery tank, so as to maintain a suitable pressure and temperature inside the tank at all times to facilitate the discharge of oxygen.
