Continuous fixed exhaust steam recovery device

 

  1、 Overview of continuous fixed exhaust steam recovery device:

The main purpose of the continuous discharge steam recovery device is to cool and recycle the high-temperature residual gas discharged from various boilers, including continuous discharge expansion vessels, periodic discharge expansion vessels, drainage expansion vessels, and various thermal equipment. At the same time, it heats the cooling water to fully recycle the waste heat from the exhaust steam. This product belongs to a new type of energy-saving and consumption reducing equipment, which has significant energy-saving benefits. And it is beneficial for controlling exhaust noise.

2、 Working principle of continuous fixed exhaust steam recovery device:

Introduce the continuous exhaust (steam) from the steam inlet into the residual steam recovery tank, and mix it with the supplementary water or condensed water introduced from the inlet for mass transfer. Under the action of the internal mass transfer medium, water and steam come into full contact. The "inlet" absorbs the water vapor contained in the "inlet" and discharges it into the drain tank from the bottom outlet of the tank. Non condensable gas is discharged into the atmosphere from the top vent of the tank.

3、 Installation method of continuous fixed exhaust steam recovery device:

Just fix the connected exhaust steam recovery device on the platform, and then connect each interface with the corresponding pipeline. The construction period is about 2-3 days (we will guide the installation). First, the boiler residual gas will be introduced into the connected fixed exhaust steam recovery device, and then the flow rate of the supply water will be slowly adjusted. When adjusting, pay attention to the upper exhaust condition and the water temperature of the drain tank. The cooling water enters the tower through the inlet and reaches the upper cooling plate. When the water level exceeds the buffer plate, it flows through the cooling holes to the middle cooling plate, and then flows from the middle cooling plate to the lower cooling plate. 

The exhaust valve is installed on the exhaust pipe of the continuous fixed exhaust steam recovery device to adjust the amount of exhaust steam. When its opening is small, the exhaust steam volume decreases and the exhaust steam is not smooth. The partial pressure of the gas in the continuous fixed exhaust increases, and the oxygen content in the feedwater does not meet the required standard. As the valve opening increases, the exhaust increases, the amount of gas carried increases, and the oxygen content in the feedwater rapidly decreases, but the loss of working fluid and heat increases. 

Due to the high oxygen content in the continuous exhaust steam, in order to prevent it from dissolving too much into the make-up water again, it is necessary to reasonably control the ratio of steam and water entering the residual steam recovery tank, so as to maintain a suitable pressure and temperature inside the tank at all times to facilitate the discharge of oxygen.
