Blow pipe silencer
Boiler blowpipe is the quickest and simplest method for eliminating iron debris in pipelines in thermal power plants. However, not installing a blowpipe muffler during the blowpipe process can produce unbearable loud noise, with a maximum of about 130dB and high sound energy, causing serious sound pollution to the surrounding environment. With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the environmental requirements for power plants are also increasing. Our company has developed a new type of blowpipe muffler for controlling blowpipe noise. Effectively eliminate blowing pipe noise while ensuring safety.
2、 Characteristics of blow pipe muffler:
Its characteristics are as follows: suitable for harsh working environments, the working medium can contain water, iron impurities (particle size up to Φ 30mm), and engineering residues. The noise reduction can reach 20dB to 40 dB (A). Suitable for (blowing method): pressure stabilizing blowing tube, pressure reducing blowing tube, oxygen adding blowing tube.
