Pump room noise control

1、 The source of noise in the water pump room is:
1. The vibration noise of motors and water pumps,
2. The friction sound of mechanical operation.
3. Water flow erosion
4. Frequent start-up and vibration of the electrical system.

     2、Noise control measures for water pump room:
1. Wall and ceiling sound-absorbing treatment;
2. Replace thick doors and windows in the computer room with soundproof doors and windows;
3. To isolate vibration and solid sound propagation, vibration dampers are installed between the ground and the foundation;
4. Install rubber soft connections on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the water pump;
5. All pipelines in the computer room are suspended and equipped with damping spring hangers and shock absorbers;
6. If an exhaust fan needs to be installed in the computer room, a muffler must be added to the exhaust fan.
