1、 Usage and product features:
The noise emitted by safety valves on steam boilers and related thermal equipment during operation far exceeds the values specified in China's "Industrial Enterprise Noise Health Standards". For this purpose, our company has produced a series of steam safety door mufflers (TA type), mainly used for effective noise reduction of safety doors on thermal equipment such as boilers and turbines in industrial sectors such as power generation, chemical industry, metallurgy, and textiles.
For safety valves of pressure devices such as boilers, the exhaust steam should not only avoid excessive noise, but also allow the steam flow to be smoothly discharged to ensure their safety performance. Therefore, the commonly used multi-stage throttling and small hole injection noise reduction methods are not suitable. This limitation has always been a design difficulty for safety valve silencers and the reason for the poor noise reduction effect of safety valve silencers. The silencer used for safety doors in this utility model also adopts the principle of anti noise, spray noise, and resistance noise reduction, in which a large hole expansion is used instead of a smaller diameter control hole, which further strengthens the anti noise and resistance noise reduction mechanism in structure and achieves the ideal noise reduction effect. It has the advantages of high noise reduction, small size, light weight, and easy installation.

3、 Selection examples and ordering selection instructions:
Example: TA series: "TA-100-220/85 (full)" type
Used for N50 steam turbine, 220T/H high-pressure boiler steam drum safety valve steam discharge, boiler pressure 100at, evaporation 220T/H, exhaust steam volume 85T/H. The muffler produced by our factory (for saturated steam) is carefully designed according to the user's steam emission target and emission requirements. Therefore, only when the product matches the emission target, steam parameters, and emission amount can the ideal noise reduction effect be achieved,
When ordering a muffler, the following information must be provided:
① For thermal power plants, the turbine model, boiler capacity, steam pressure, and temperature should be provided;
② Object of use (such as for boiler overheating or steam drum safety valve discharge, etc.);
③ Emissions T/H;
④ The original outer diameter and wall thickness of the exhaust pipe;
⑤ If it is necessary to entrust our factory to carry out installation design, the original exhaust pipeline installation diagram should be provided.
