The GF type fan muffler series products produced by our company are noise reduction devices used to control the aerodynamic noise caused by fans on the environment. Used for noise reduction in the inlet and outlet ducts of various centrifugal and ventilation fans.
Industrial fans are continuous operating equipment. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) sets a noise standard of ≤ 90 decibels for such equipment, and China's new standard is the same. This is also the basis for industrial enterprises to achieve continuous noise standards. However, without using noise reduction measures, the noise emitted by the fan inlet and outlet to the environment can reach 110-120 decibels, greatly exceeding the standard requirements.
The muffler series products are impedance acoustic flow type. Our factory determines the required amount of noise reduction in the frequency spectrum range based on the frequency characteristic data obtained from actual testing of various wind turbine operation sites in power plants. This is the main basis for designing sound-absorbing sheet structures and fluid channels. At the same time, narrow rectangular channels with large sound-absorbing material finishes are used to enhance the absorption effect. This product adopts a resistive structure for noise reduction at high and medium frequencies, as well as an anti structure for noise reduction at medium and low frequencies. At the same time, two types of noise reduction zones, high frequency and low frequency, are used in the resistive channel to maximize the width of the noise reduction frequency band and achieve good noise reduction effect.
At the same time, our company also produces two forms of mufflers: honeycomb mufflers and labyrinth mufflers.
After the user installs this product as required, its maximum noise level will not exceed 85-90 decibels.
