1、 Equipment usage:
The injectors manufactured by Huaneng Electric Power are mainly used in vacuum suction processes in various industries, including material absorption and transportation, condensation, distillation and evaporation, concentration, decolorization and deodorization, vacuum deoxygenation, drying and crystallization, chemical absorption, vacuum pumping, vacuum molding, and other processes. Widely used in industries such as power, light industry, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, sugar manufacturing, chemical fiber, papermaking, food, plastic rubber, ceramics, vacuum stations in industrial and mining enterprises, petroleum, environmental protection, etc.
2、 Equipment principle:
The injector produced by Lianyungang Huaneng is a vacuum establishment device that uses high-speed fluid to transfer energy and mass; It uses a certain pressure of water (steam) flow to be sprayed out through symmetrically distributed nozzles with a certain slope. Aggregated on a cross-section, due to the high flow velocity of the sprayed water (steam), pressure energy is converted into velocity energy, and several high-speed streams are sucked away by the gas. The contraction section and throat diameter of the Quqiu tube are fully mixed for molecular diffusion energy exchange, with a balanced velocity. In the expansion section, the velocity of the mixed medium is reduced, the pressure is increased, and mixing and squeezing occur. The mixture is then expelled through the expansion tube, creating a higher vacuum inside the chamber. When the pressure exceeds atmospheric pressure, it is sprayed into the water tank from the outlet, and non condensable gases are released through the exhaust hole. The water is circulated through a centrifugal pump to complete the suction process.
