1、 Overview of sampling cooler:

Sampling coolers are used for cooling of steam and water analysis samples in boiler rooms or power plants, such as steam analysis sampling, boiler water analysis sampling, and deaerator effluent analysis sampling. At present, the sampling coolers produced by our company generally adopt a serpentine tube surface cooling structure. Special requirements can be made to use plate heat.

2、 The types of sampling coolers include:

There are two types of sampling coolers: single function sampling cooler and multifunctional sampling cooler. The multifunctional sampling cooler can simultaneously sample steam, boiler water, and deoxygenated water.

3、 Characteristics of sampling cooler:

1. It has a compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, and easy cleaning.

2. Long service life: The parts in contact with the sample are made of corrosion-resistant materials, which can contaminate the sample.

3. Widely used: Widely used for small-scale heating and heat exchange in sectors such as petroleum, chemical, light industry, and power. The cooler can also serve as a self sealing cooler for the oil pump.
