1、 Overview:
The coal powder sampling device is used for regular coal powder sampling on the primary air coal powder pipeline of the powder production system. Due to the wear of the grinding parts of the coal mill, changes in coal type and block size, the fineness of coal powder will undergo significant changes and directly affect the efficiency of boiler combustion. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly sample and test the fineness of coal powder. When the fineness of coal powder exceeds the design value, it is necessary to adjust the opening of the separator disassembly door in a timely manner, or adjust and replace the grinding parts of the coal mill.
The design of the coal powder sampling device adopts the principle of spiral conveying. When the coal powder settles in the sampling nozzle, the external handle or electric actuator is used to rotate the spiral conveying device. The coal powder will be sent to the sampling bottle of the coal powder sampling device through the sampling tube and enter the dropping tube.
The coal powder sampling device has two operation modes: manual and electric. The manual operation is equipped with an external handle. When sampling, the operator only needs to shake the handle to take the sample. Electric operation, equipped with an external electric actuator and a manual mechanism, with three functions: timed, timed, and manual. Features such as no powder blockage, fast sampling, and good sealing.
2、 Structural form of coal powder sampling device:
1. The sampling nozzle is facing away from the direction of the coal powder airflow, and the coal powder settles in the sampling nozzle and is sent into the sampling bottle through the sampling tube by the screw conveyor.
2. Install connecting pipeline - welded onto the coal powder pipeline so that the sampling tube can be inserted into the coal powder pipeline from here
3. Connecting flange - The sampling tube is inserted into the coal powder pipeline from the connecting flange and fixed and sealed with the installation connecting tube.
4. Assemble sealing flange - used for assembling and sealing rotating mechanisms.
5. Handle - Shake the handle to rotate the spiral conveying device during sampling, and transport the coal powder into the sampling bottle.
6. Coal powder settling tube - Coal powder enters the tube through a spiral conveying device and coal sample.
7. Ball valve - used for sealing and sampling.
8. Sampling bottle - the extracted coal powder is stored centrally for calibration purposes.
3、 Working principle of coal powder sampling device:
The fixed coal powder sampling device is designed based on the principle of coal powder impact and natural settling in the sampling nozzle, and then transported out of the coal powder pipeline through a spiral conveying device and falling into the sampling bottle. The sampling nozzle is fixedly installed in the coal powder pipeline, facing away from the direction of the coal powder airflow. The coal powder is carried by the hot air in the pipeline in an irregular state. Through the impact and self sinking of the sampling nozzle, a large amount of coal powder accumulates in the sampling nozzle. Then, it is transported by the screw conveyor device in the sampling tube and falls into the coal powder settling tube. After the sampling is completed, the valve is operated to place the coal powder into the sampling bottle.
4、 Operating procedure for coal powder sampling device:
Before sampling, all valves are closed. When sampling, open valve ⑥, shake the handle to rotate the screw conveyor, and the pulverized coal will fall into the pulverized coal sink pipe continuously through the sampling pipe. When the quantity of pulverized coal meets the requirements, stop shaking the handle, close valve ⑥, open valve ⑨, put the pulverized coal in the sink pipe into the sampling bottle, close valve ⑨, unscrew the sampling bottle to take out the pulverized coal for testing, and put the sampling bottle back to its original place.
5、 Installation of coal powder sampling device:
During installation, according to the diameter of the coal powder pipeline, weld the installation connecting pipe onto the coal powder pipeline, insert the sampling pipe, ensure that the sampling nozzle is at the center distance of the coal powder pipeline, and face away from the direction of coal powder airflow. Connect the connecting flange and seal it.
