1、 Brief description of soda water sampling device:
The water vapor sampling device is used for online chemical analysis, measurement, and network monitoring of water vapor quality in thermal systems of thermal power plants, secondary loop systems of nuclear power plants, etc. Various analytical instruments are centrally arranged on the instrument rack and can be manually sampled. Provide over temperature, over pressure, and cut-off protection for the sample water entering the instrument, and set up a cooling water cut-off protection system to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the instrument.
The steam water sampling device and boiler water sampler are used for cooling the sampling of steam water in boiler rooms or power plants. The sampling cooler is used for heat exchange of high-temperature liquids and gases. Most of the water in boilers and thermal systems has a high temperature, which is not conducive to sampling, testing, and analysis. Therefore, it should be cooled during sampling, that is, the sample at the sampling point should be introduced into a sampling cooler for cooling. When sampling, it is generally required to ensure that the sample can be cooled to below 30-40 degrees Celsius at a flow rate of 500-700mL/min, which meets the standard of DL/T 457-91 in the power industry of the People's Republic of China.

5. The use of cold bending and welding processes has eliminated leaks in the pipeline system.
6. There is a passage inside the dashboard for easy maintenance and repair.
7. The use of sample water pre cooling technology can extend the service life of high-temperature and high-pressure sewage valves.
8. High pressure backwash filter to prevent blockage of pressure reducing valve, capable of self flushing discharge.

4、 System Architecture:
The high-temperature rack is equipped with functional components such as high-temperature and high-pressure valves, drain valves, pressure reducing valves, pre cooling devices, coolers, protection systems, cooling water inlet and outlet main pipes, temperature, pressure, and flow indicator instruments. The high-temperature and high-pressure sample water and steam are cooled and depressurized to reduce the temperature and pressure of the supercritical parameter water sample to the required temperature range of<40 ℃ and pressure range of<0.5mPa.
