Rotary coal powder sampling device

1、 Overview of rotary coal powder sampling device:
The rotary push coal powder sampling device is a specialized equipment for sampling coal powder on the primary air supply pipeline of a positive pressure direct blowing coal powder system. In the daily operation of the coal mill, the wear of the grinding parts, changes in coal type and block size, and significant changes in coal powder fineness will directly affect the combustion efficiency of the boiler and increase power generation costs. Therefore, regular sampling and testing of coal powder fineness is necessary. When the coal powder fineness exceeds the design value, the grinding parts of the coal mill should be adjusted or replaced in a timely manner, or the opening of the separator should be adjusted to achieve the design requirements for coal powder fineness.  

2、 Product features and structural form:
The rotary coal powder sampling device uses compressed air as power to generate negative pressure in the sampling tube, separator, and sampling bottle to suction coal powder for sampling purposes, and can use compressed air to blow the sampling tube to avoid blockage. The equipment is equipped with a compressed air pressure regulating valve, which can be used to adjust the pressure and flow of compressed air to control the sampling speed and achieve constant velocity sampling. The sampling tube adopts a push in design, and when not in operation, the sampling tube can be rotated out on the outside of the coal powder pipeline to avoid the scouring of the sampling tube by the coal powder airflow and improve the service life of the sampling tube.
 The rotary fixed coal powder sampling device mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Sampling tube - extends into the coal powder pipeline, with the sampling port facing the direction of the coal powder airflow, and the coal powder enters the sampling device through this. Sampling is done at multiple points.  
2. Sampling bottle - store the coal powder samples separated by the cyclone separator in a centralized manner for calibration purposes.  
3. Cyclone separator - separates the gas powder mixture into solid and gas, and the coal powder is thrown to the wall by the rotating airflow due to gravity, and then falls into the powder accumulator by gravity. The separated gas rises to the top along the middle route and is discharged from the top outlet. It is then sucked back into the coal powder pipeline through the ejector and extractor, achieving the separation of coal powder and gas.  
4. Compressed air control valve - controls the switch of compressed air.  
5. Compressed air pressure regulating valve - Adjust this valve to control the pressure and flow rate of compressed air and the sampling speed. Enable it to achieve isokinetic sampling.  
6. Vacuum extractor - using compressed air as power to generate negative pressure in the sampling tube, cyclone separator, and sampling bottle, allowing coal powder to smoothly enter the cyclone separator for solid gas separation.  
7. Blow valve - Compressed air enters the coal powder pipeline and passes through this valve. Close this valve to blow the entire sampling device.  
8. Transmission mechanism - shaking the transmission handle during sampling can allow the sampling tube to freely enter and exit the coal powder pipeline.  
9. Sampling valve - Switching this valve can control the sampling or blowing of the sampling tube to prevent blockage of the sampling tube.  
10. Sealing device - Close this valve when the sampling tube exits the coal powder pipeline to prevent coal powder leakage and environmental pollution.

 3、 Working principle of rotary coal powder sampling device:
1. Sampling working principle
The rotary fixed coal powder sampling device is successfully developed by using the principles of negative pressure suction and cyclone separation to extract the gas powder mixture from the coal powder pipeline and perform solid gas separation. During the sampling process, the sampling tube extends into the coal powder pipeline, and all valves are in the open state. When compressed air passes through the injector and extractor from the outlet pipeline, its jet action will inevitably cause negative pressure in the cyclone separator, sampling tube, sampling bottle and other components, prompting the gas powder mixture in the coal powder pipeline to enter the sampling device along the sampling tube. The gas powder mixture undergoes solid gas separation in the cyclone separator, and the separated coal powder falls into the sampling bottle below the cyclone separator. The gas is then sucked by compressed air and sent back to the coal powder pipeline, and the entire operation process does not cause pollution to the workplace. Adjusting the compressed air pressure regulating valve before sampling can achieve constant velocity sampling, making the extracted coal powder samples representative. The compressed air pressure generally does not exceed 0.1Mpa.  
2. Anti blocking measures
During the use of the equipment, compressed air can be used to blow the sampling tube to prevent it from being blocked by coal powder.  
3. Anti wear measures
When sampling, shake the transmission mechanism and slowly push the sampling tube into the coal powder pipeline, with the sampling port facing the coal powder airflow. Open all valves to start sampling. After sampling is completed, shake the transmission mechanism to remove the sampling tube from the coal powder pipeline and place it outside the coal powder pipeline to avoid the erosion of the sampling tube by the coal powder airflow and achieve the purpose of anti-wear.  
4、 Operating procedure for rotary coal powder sampling device:
1. Sampling
Before sampling, all valves should be closed. First, open the compressed air control valve; Adjust the compressed air pressure regulating valve according to the pressure gauge display to adjust the compressed air pressure to the desired pressure range. Open the purge valve; Open the sampling valve; Open the sealing valve and shake the transmission mechanism; Slowly push the sampling tube into the coal powder pipeline; Sampling begins, and when the sampling officer pushes it to the bottom, slowly withdraw the sampling tube from the coal powder pipeline. Close the sealing valve, close the compressed air control valve, purge valve, and sampling valve; Remove the sampling bottle; Take out the coal powder sample and place the sampling bottle back in place, paying attention to the sealing of the interface.  
2. Blow and sweep
Open the compressed air control valve; Close the purge valve; Open the sampling valve; Compressed air will blow the sampling tube through the sampling valve.  
5、 Performance characteristics of rotary coal powder sampling device:
1. The product sampler is made of stainless steel, with a clean and compact appearance and a long overall service life.  
2. Simple structure, flexible operation of transmission mechanism, no jamming, simple and convenient sampling,
3. Adopting a push in method, coal powder samples can be taken at fixed or multiple points at a constant speed, and the extracted coal powder samples are representative.  
4. Compressed air can be used to blow the sampling tube to avoid coal powder blocking the sampling tube.  
5. The sealing device fixedly installed on the coal powder pipeline is tightly sealed, without any coal powder leakage, and does not pollute the working environment.  
6. When using the sampling tube, it should be placed inside the coal powder pipeline. After taking the coal powder sample, it can be withdrawn outside the coal powder pipeline to avoid the erosion of coal powder airflow and have a long service life.  
7. One person can operate it, and the labor intensity of the operator is low.  
6、 Installation requirements for rotary coal powder sampling device:
1. 0.4-0.6Mpa compressed air is required on site.  
2. The equipment is vertically installed on the coal powder pipeline with an operating platform at a distance of 600-1000mm. Installation holes are opened and fixed supports are welded and installed on the coal powder pipeline.
