1、 Overview of plug-in doors:
Plug in doors are important auxiliary equipment for boilers, installed on the cold and hot air ducts of boilers in thermal power plants where isolation is required, such as the inlet and outlet ducts of coal mills. This product is reliable in operation, flexible in opening and closing, and tightly sealed, fundamentally solving the shortcomings of previous isolation doors that were not tightly closed and had long closing times. It greatly facilitates equipment switching and shutdown maintenance, and has been widely used in major power plants across the country.    

2、 The main features of plug-in doors are:
1. The plug-in door has adjustable and isolated shared functions, flexible adjustment, and good isolation performance.
When the plug-in door is working normally, the air door switch is flexible and there is no jamming phenomenon.
After the plug-in door is closed, there is no internal or external leakage, the shaft seal is good, and there is no air leakage or air leakage.
4. High degree of automation, with remote, close range, and manual operation functions.
5. The distribution system can be integrated with DCS to achieve automated operation.
6. The air leakage rate after closure is less than 0.1%.
7. The production process of electric and manual plug-in doors complies with relevant industry standards.
8. Electric and manual plug-in doors are easy to operate, have a short installation cycle, and can be completed during minor repairs.
9. Long service life, basically no maintenance required after installation, can be installed on any angle position of the air duct.

1) Model: FZM-B (length) × (width) × H (height)
Note: A × B can be various specifications of air ducts such as rectangular, circular, etc., to be determined by the user.

The thickness of the H air door is generally 500-600mm.
