Denitrification barrier door

1、 Product Overview:

The flue gas denitrification baffle door is produced and manufactured using technology introduced by Lianyungang Huaneng. It is used on the inlet, outlet or bypass flue of the flue gas system absorption tower, or in flue gas denitrification and dust removal systems. The denitrification baffle door usually adopts a louver type double-layer baffle structure. When closed, sealed air is introduced between the double-layer baffles for gas sealing, achieving the function of isolating and shutting off the flue gas.

2. Applicable medium: cold and hot flue gas;  

3. Design temperature resistance: ≤ 300 ℃;  

4. Design pressure: ± 8500Pa;

5. Leakage rate of smoke inside and outside: "0"

6. Drive mode: electric or pneumatic;  

7. Power and control requirements: to be selected by the user.  

3、 Performance characteristics:

1. The denitrification baffle door adopts a single axis driven double louver baffle structure, and a sealed chamber is designed in the middle of the double-layer blades to introduce sealed air. The sealed air above the flue gas pressure is passed into the baffle, forming a sealed air isolation layer between the double-layer baffles to block the passage of flue gas flow.  

2. The opening and closing time of the denitrification baffle door is ≤ 60 seconds (can be selected according to user requirements).  

3. The external design has a linkage mechanism that allows several blades to open or close synchronously.  

4. The design structure of the double louvered denitrification baffle door is reasonable, with good blade rigidity and stable and reliable operation. The sealing type of the louvered baffle blade is elastic seal and gas seal.  

5. The denitrification baffle door can be driven in multiple ways.
