Adjust the baffle air door

1、 Overview

Adjusting the baffle damper is used for flow regulation of media such as air powder and flue gas. It is commonly used in the following situations: the ratio of primary and secondary air, coal mills, and the cold and hot primary air ducts at the inlet of supply and induced draft fans; Circulating flue gas pipeline, flue gas flow rate (recirculating flue gas pipeline), coal mill ventilation rate, and hot air temperature, etc.

2、 Structural composition:

It consists of six parts: structural framework, baffle blades, sealing plates, front and rear shaft seals, bearing connecting rod system, and driving device. The blades are constructed by stamping thin plates and welding them together as a whole. The adjustable baffle damper can be welded or connected to the air duct by the structural frame wings or flanges.

3、 Equipment features:

1. Good adjustment performance: The opening of the baffle is ensured by an electric actuator within the range of 0 ° -90 °, and the resistance coefficient is close to a linear relationship with the opening.

2. The baffle blades have a streamlined guide wing shape, which improves the uniform distribution of the airflow wake and prevents shaking. It can effectively reduce the damage to seals and shafts caused by severe shaking.

3. Adjustment flexibility: The driving torque of the electric actuator is determined based on the flow rate, pressure, temperature of the flue gas duct, as well as the structural status of the bearings and connecting rods, to optimize the design of the required rotational torque for driving force. The connecting rod between the actuator drive rod and the damper damper is connected by a roller shaft connecting rod, allowing the damper to rotate freely during adjustment.

4. When there are special requirements, it can be used for isolation. In situations where both adjustment and isolation are needed, a reinforced sealing type can be selected for use.

The width (W), height (H), or inner diameter (D) in the specifications of the damper refer to the inner diameter size of the door frame, and the length (L) refers to the length size between the two installation flange faces of the damper.
