2、 Performance characteristics of barrier doors:
1. The desulfurization flue gas baffle door adopts a single axis driven double louver baffle structure, with a sealed chamber designed in the middle of the double-layer blades to introduce sealed air. The sealed air above the flue gas pressure is introduced into the baffle, forming a sealed air isolation layer between the double-layer baffles to block the passage of flue gas flow.
2. The opening and closing time of the desulfurization flue gas damper door is ≤ 60 seconds (can be selected according to user requirements).
3. The external design has a connecting rod mechanism that allows several blades to open or close synchronously. The shaft seal device is separated from the rolling bearings, making it easy to adjust and maintain without bearing corrosion defects.
4. The design structure of the double louver flue gas baffle door is reasonable, with good blade rigidity and stable and reliable operation. The sealing type of the louver baffle blade is elastic seal or gas seal.

3、 Structural characteristics of desulfurization flue gas baffle door:
The desulfurization flue gas baffle door is mainly composed of several parts, including frame, blades, sealing plates, main shaft, bearings, shaft seals, crank connecting rod mechanism, actuator, and sealed air system (auxiliary system). Huaneng's production framework is formed by steel plate compression molding or rigid welding, and the blades are formed by steel plate compression molding and welding. There are special elastic sealing structures between the blades and between the blades and the frame. The blades are made into hollow cavities. When the blades are in the closed position, a mechanical sealing barrier is first formed on the flue section, and then sealed air with a pressure higher than the working medium pressure is introduced to form a high-pressure sealed air curtain wall, completely separating the front and rear of the blades and ensuring 100% partition effect.
The journal of the Huaneng baffle door adopts a special sealing structure and special bearings. The special sealing structure has good sealing performance, no leakage, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The special bearings have automatic centering and automatic compensation functions.
