Desulfurization flue damper door


 

1、 Overview of desulfurization flue damper door products:
The desulfurization flue damper door is the latest product produced by Huaneng Power Auxiliary Equipment. This product has flexible opening and closing rotation, reasonable driving torque, tight and reliable closing, and long service life. It is an essential equipment in the desulfurization system of power plants. The desulfurization flue damper door is used on the inlet, outlet or bypass flue of the absorption tower in the flue gas desulfurization system, or in the flue gas denitrification and dust removal system. The desulfurization flue damper door usually adopts a louvered double-layer damper structure, and when it is closed, sealed air is introduced between the double-layer dampers to achieve the function of isolating and closing the flue gas.
The equipment is reliable in operation, flexible in opening and closing, tight in closing, and has high strength, good rigidity, and durability, greatly improving the desulfurization efficiency of the system and meeting the environmental requirements of flue gas desulfurization.   

2、 Structural characteristics of desulfurization flue baffle door:
A. The desulfurization flue baffle door adopts a single axis driven double louver baffle structure, which allows sealed air at least 500Pa higher than the flue gas pressure to enter the baffle. A sealed chamber is designed in the middle of the double-layer blades to introduce sealed air, forming a sealed hot air isolation layer between the double-layer baffles to block the flow of flue gas.
B. The opening and closing time of the desulfurization flue damper door is ≤ 60 seconds (can be selected according to user requirements).
C. The external design of the desulfurization flue baffle door shell produced by Lianyungang Huaneng Power Auxiliary Equipment is equipped with a linkage mechanism. After optimization design, the opening and closing of each blade of the baffle is streamlined, and the opening or closing is synchronized, achieving integrated operation.
D. The design structure of the desulfurization flue damper door produced by Lianyungang Huaneng Power Auxiliary Equipment is reasonable, with good blade rigidity and stable and reliable operation. The sealing type of the desulfurization flue damper door blade is elastic seal and gas seal. The shell is designed and installed with a sealed air inlet valve, which is interlocked with the damper door for control. After sealing air with a certain pressure and flow rate is introduced between the blades, it can effectively isolate the smoke flow before and after the blades, thereby achieving a 100% sealing efficiency of the baffle door.
E. The desulfurization flue damper door produced by Lianyungang Huaneng Power Auxiliary Equipment can rotate flexibly without jamming under guaranteed working conditions. Adopting a frame type (high temperature resistant) self-aligning bearing structure with a seat, the driving torque of the baffle is smaller, and the rotation is more flexible and lightweight. The baffle blades are designed with thermal expansion compensation gaps, ensuring safe and reliable operation under hot conditions.
F. The baffle of the desulfurization flue is designed as a flow line structure, which can fully reduce the resistance to the airflow. The outer frame of the door is made of steel, and the blade design adopts a wing shaped (or flat plate shaped) structure to ensure reasonable and smooth airflow distribution. The blade body is made of ordinary carbon steel or alloy steel, and the blade overlap (or seal with the shell) is equipped with elastic stainless steel or nickel based alloy steel sealing plates, which have strength and stiffness that meet the working conditions and are firmly attached to the extension shaft. The shaft handle device of each air damper blade is supported by two externally installed, automatically leveled, and maintenance free flanged bearings, effectively avoiding the increase of driving torque caused by the lack of concentricity of the front and rear shafts of the baffle or the occurrence of jamming during blade opening and closing after long-term operation.
G. The current smoke connection method for the desulfurization flue baffle door is to insert the flue into the baffle door and seal and weld it inside the reverse flange. Before shipment, the front and rear flange bolts are positioned and connected, and on-site sealing and welding are carried out. After the on-site hoisting of the baffle door with lining due to anti-corrosion requirements, the front and back flanges must be sealed and welded, and the sealing welding of the lining must be ensured. The on-site anti-corrosion layer must cover the lining inside the shell.
H. The driving method of the desulfurization flue damper door is generally electric, pneumatic or electro-hydraulic. Convenient and reliable control. It can input and output switch signals (or input and output analog signals) to control the blade opening according to the system operating mechanism requirements and reflect the blade opening status in real time. It can be operated remotely or controlled by programs, making it convenient for DCS to control automation.
I. The desulfurization flue damper door electric (pneumatic) actuator produced by Huaneng Power Auxiliary Equipment adopts intelligent integrated control, with torque protection and limit switches, which can be controlled locally or remotely. It also has manual and electric (pneumatic) switching functions for installation, commissioning, and maintenance. After installation and debugging, before shipment. Before shipment, the limit switch of the electric (pneumatic) device has been adjusted and set in place. Users only need to turn on the power (or gas source) and connect it to the wiring terminal to make the baffle door work normally.
J. The sealing fan and electric heater of the sealing air system can be selected and supplied by the technical department.
