This product has flexible opening and closing rotation, reasonable driving torque, tight and reliable closing, and long service life. It is an important supporting equipment in the desulfurization system of thermal power plants. Single axis double baffle doors are used on the inlet, outlet, or bypass flue of the absorption tower in flue gas desulfurization systems, or in flue gas denitrification and dust removal systems. The air door usually adopts a louvered double-layer baffle structure, and when closed, sealed air is introduced between the double-layer baffles to achieve the function of isolating and shutting off the flue gas.

The sealing type of the single axis double stop plate door blade is elastic seal and gas seal. The shell is designed and installed with a sealed air inlet valve, which is interlocked with the baffle door for control. The outer frame of the door is made of steel, and the blade design adopts a wing shaped (or flat plate shaped) structure to ensure reasonable and smooth airflow distribution. The blade body is made of ordinary carbon steel or alloy steel, and the blade overlap (or seal with the shell) is equipped with elastic stainless steel or nickel based alloy steel sealing plates, which have strength and stiffness that meet the working conditions and are firmly attached to the extension shaft. The shaft handle device of each air damper blade is supported by two externally installed, automatically leveled, and maintenance free flanged bearings, effectively avoiding the increase of driving torque caused by the lack of concentricity of the front and rear shafts of the baffle or the occurrence of jamming during blade opening and closing after long-term operation.

G. The current smoke connection method for the single axis double baffle door is to insert the flue into the baffle door and seal and weld it inside the reverse flange. Before shipment, the front and rear flange bolts are positioned and connected, and on-site sealing and welding are carried out. After the on-site hoisting of the baffle door with lining due to anti-corrosion requirements, the front and back flanges must be sealed and welded, and the sealing welding of the lining must be ensured. The on-site anti-corrosion layer must cover the lining inside the shell.
H. The single axis double baffle door electric (pneumatic) actuator produced by Huaneng Power Auxiliary Machinery adopts intelligent integrated control, with torque protection and limit switches, which can be controlled locally or remotely. It also has manual and electric (pneumatic) switching functions for installation, commissioning, and maintenance. After installation and debugging, before shipment.
