Desulfurization baffle door

1、 Overview of desulfurization baffle door products
The desulfurization baffle door is produced and manufactured by Lianyungang Huaneng Power Auxiliary Equipment Co., Ltd. with independent intellectual property rights. It is used on the inlet, outlet or bypass flue of the flue gas system absorption tower, or in the flue gas denitrification and dust removal system. The desulfurization baffle door usually adopts a louver type double-layer baffle structure. When closed, sealed air is introduced between the double-layer baffles for gas sealing, achieving the function of isolating and shutting off the flue gas.

The sealing material of the desulfurization baffle door is made of specially treated alloy sheets, which have stronger elasticity and self-cleaning function. The passive enhanced sealing structure fully ensures that the gap between the sealing sheets is minimized, which can effectively ensure zero leakage of the equipment for a long time. Assist in the design of the quick opening mechanism to reduce the starting torque, making the quick opening device safer and more reliable. A reliable welding process can ensure that the weld seam has the same anti-corrosion life as the material body. The mechanical linkage control of the air seal valve is safe and reliable.

3、 Performance characteristics of desulfurization baffle door
1. The desulfurization baffle door adopts a single axis driven double louver baffle structure, and a sealed chamber for introducing sealed air is designed in the middle of the double-layer blades. The sealed air above the flue gas pressure is introduced into the baffle, forming a sealed air isolation layer between the double-layer baffles to block the passage of flue gas flow.  
2. The opening and closing time of the desulfurization baffle door is ≤ 45S (can be selected according to user requirements).  
3. The external design has a connecting rod mechanism that allows several blades to open or close synchronously. The shaft seal device is separated from the rolling bearings, making it easy to adjust and maintain without bearing corrosion concerns.  
4. The design structure of the double louvered desulfurization baffle door is reasonable, with good blade rigidity and stable and reliable operation. The sealing type of the louvered baffle blade is elastic seal or gas seal.  
5. The desulfurization baffle doors produced by Huaneng Power Auxiliary Machinery can be driven in multiple ways: electric or pneumatic.
6. The air seal fan and door panel are controlled by a mechanical linkage mechanism, which is safe and reliable.
