It is used on the inlet, outlet or bypass flue of the flue gas system absorption tower, or in the flue gas denitrification and dust removal system. The desulfurization baffle door usually adopts a louver type double-layer baffle structure. When closed, sealed air is introduced between the double-layer baffles for gas sealing, achieving the function of isolating and shutting off the flue gas.

3、 Performance characteristics of desulfurization baffle door
1. The desulfurization baffle door adopts a single axis driven double louver baffle structure, and a sealed chamber for introducing sealed air is designed in the middle of the double-layer blades. The sealed air above the flue gas pressure is introduced into the baffle, forming a sealed air isolation layer between the double-layer baffles to block the passage of flue gas flow.
2. The opening and closing time of the desulfurization baffle door is ≤ 45S (can be selected according to user requirements).
3. The external design has a connecting rod mechanism that allows several blades to open or close synchronously. The shaft seal device is separated from the rolling bearings, making it easy to adjust and maintain without bearing corrosion concerns.
4. The design structure of the double louvered desulfurization baffle door is reasonable, with good blade rigidity and stable and reliable operation. The sealing type of the louvered baffle blade is elastic seal or gas seal.
