Smoke isolation door

 

1、 Overview:

The smoke isolation door is produced according to the standards for power product design set by relevant national departments. The smoke isolation door products produced by Lianyungang Huaneng can operate safely and reliably in the system for a long time. The inlet and outlet of the air preheater need to be equipped with flue gas isolation valves in the flue gas pipeline system to prevent flue gas from entering the air preheater during the equipment shutdown phase.

2、 Smoke isolation doors have the following characteristics:

1. Adopting a single-layer plug-in mechanical seal structure can effectively isolate hot flue gas.

2. The plug-in walking mechanism has a dust cleaning function and does not get stuck when opening or closing.

3. During the process of opening and closing the plug-in board, the sealing ring is removed to extend its service life. When the plug-in door is closed, it can effectively block the passage of hot air. The plug-in door does not deform, opens and closes flexibly, operates accurately, and has no external or internal leakage.

4. The sealing surface inside the Huaneng isolation door is composed of a single-layer baffle, and a flexible graphite sealing ring wrapped in stainless steel is used between the plug plate and the shell.

5. The sealing surface of the plug-in board is precision machined to ensure a tight seal. The design avoids direct erosion of dusty hot air on the sealing surface, and the sealing ring can be used for a long time without damage.

6. The single-layer plug plate of the isolation door produced by Huaneng is made of heat-resistant steel. To ensure the rigidity of the plug plate, it is reinforced to ensure that the isolation door can operate and close tightly under maximum pressure difference and maximum temperature, without bending or jamming. After the isolation door is closed, the locking device locks the plug-in plate in the closed position. To prevent wear and tear of the locking device by dusty hot air, a concealed locking structure is adopted.

3、 Performance parameters of smoke isolation door:

1. Suitable for flue gas temperature of 300~550 ℃ and pressure of 1~15KPa;

2. Cold air state (temperature 0~40 ℃), applicable pressure 0~30Kpa

3. The sealing effect of the smoke isolation door reaches 100% isolation without leakage.

4. Operation modes: electric, pneumatic, and manual.

5. After assembling each isolation door, ensure that an overall performance test is conducted in the factory to ensure that the plug-in door opens and closes flexibly, seals tightly, and meets the overall performance requirements:

A、 The opening and closing of the plug-in door is flexible and free of jamming;

B、 The opening, closing, and locking of the plug-in board will match accurately, reliably, and indicate correctly;

C、 The sealing of each transmission shaft is tight and there is no leakage;

D、 The gaps and dimensions of each part meet the requirements of the purchaser.
