Sealed air heating device

1、 Scope of application:

Suitable for sealing air heating of flue gas desulfurization engineering baffle doors in power plants, the sealing air is heated from room temperature to a temperature higher than the flue gas temperature (generally around 130 degrees), with the aim of reducing the temperature difference deformation and thermal stress between the two layers of double-layer baffle doors, improving sealing reliability, and preventing condensation caused by low temperature of the outer baffle when the temperature difference is large. Easy to form scaling and concentrated corrosive media, causing strong localized corrosion of the baffle.

2、 Working principle of sealed wind power heater

For sealed wind power heaters, heat is generated by the electric heating elements placed inside the heater. Using a pump (or fan) to force convection of the medium, the medium enters the container through the inlet, and continuously transfers the huge heat generated by the sealed wind electric heater during operation, achieving the requirements of process heating.

When the medium temperature approaches the set value, the control system of the sealed wind power heater performs PID calculation based on the output port temperature sensor signal, automatically adjusts the output power of the heater, and makes the medium temperature at the output port meet (maintain) the required requirements; When the heating element overheats due to abnormal conditions, the overheating protection device of the heating element immediately automatically cuts off the heating power to prevent the heating element from burning out, protect the heating element, and extend its service life.

3、 Main functions of sealed wind power heater

This heater system adopts intelligent fully automatic control, automatic temperature display, constant temperature protection, and over temperature alarm. The heating temperature should be controlled at ± 3 ℃ (if controlled by AC contactors or solid-state relays, the temperature control accuracy may be lower) to ensure that the device fully meets the user's requirements. And it has advanced multiple protection and reliable monitoring devices.

a、 There are conventional electrical protections, such as short-circuit protection, etc;

b、 Monitor process temperature and provide alarm output (if necessary).

c、 The control algorithm adopts fuzzy control theory, and PID parameter tuning can be automatically completed (if necessary).

d、 There is an independent temperature control over temperature alarm system. When the internal temperature of the heater exceeds the set value, it will automatically shut down the sealed wind power heater and output a contact signal (if necessary).

e、 Multiple interlocking interfaces can be provided to interlock with other devices (such as fans) to ensure a certain flow of medium during heating of the heater, ensuring the safety of the system (if necessary).
