1、 Overview of gate doors:

This series of coal gates is suitable for installation in the lower part of the raw coal bunker of power plants. According to the working condition of the coal mill: control the flow rate of raw coal by opening and closing. Coal gates are used to isolate raw coal from the lower part of the coal hopper in power plants, and can also be used to isolate granular materials from the ash pipes and coal powder silos under dust collectors and chimneys. There are two types of structures: single gate and double gate. The transmission mechanism of the two door panels of the double gate coal gate is equipped with motion control for opening and closing. The material leaks down from the middle opening, reducing friction on the pipe wall, extending the service life of the pipeline, and reducing labor intensity and working time.
